Social Media

A social agent that knows your menu, your events, and your voice — and that pulls from your photo and video library. It drafts posts, edits the assets, stitches reels, and keeps your profile active across Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.

I. The problem

Your GM is also your social manager. The Tuesday post happens on Friday, if at all.

Most restaurants don't have a marketing person. Posts get skipped. Engagement goes cold. The brand voice drifts. The photos and video sitting in the team's camera roll never make it anywhere.

II. How Mise solves it

An agent that knows your menu, edits your media, and writes in your voice.

Mise reads your live menu, your reservation calendar, and your past posts. Photos and videos drop into a shared folder — the agent edits, stitches, and drafts. You approve in 30 seconds. The agent also likes and comments on your behalf, keeping your profile active without the manual scroll.

III. The interface

A study, in detail.

Pulled from the actual product. This is what your team sees, every shift.

V. Capabilities

A few highlights, in plain terms.

01
Posts from your real life
Connect a Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud folder where the team drops photos and clips during service. The agent picks the best shots, color-corrects them, and stitches video reels — all on brand.
02
Menu-aware drafts
The agent reads your live menu and 86'd items, your reservation calendar, and tonight's specials from the POS. Posts draft themselves with the right context — what you're serving, what's running low, what's about to launch.
03
Event promotion
Upcoming events queue promotional posts a week out. Series, takeovers, holiday menus — drafted, scheduled, and synced to the calendar.
04
Active engagement
Likes, comments, and replies on the accounts you care about — neighbors, suppliers, regulars, the press. Stays visible in feeds without you tapping through, with audit trails on everything before it goes live.
05
Brand voice learning
Approve or edit a post and the agent learns. The voice gets sharper over time. The fifth post sounds more like you than the first.
06
Multi-channel publishing
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok — one approval, queued and posted natively to each, formatted for each surface.
Sister product

Reviews are their own beast. We built a separate agent for them.

Reviews aren't posts. The intent is different, the stakes are higher, and the right response usually depends on what the guest actually ordered. Review Responder reads every review across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor, drafts replies informed by the guest's POS history, and surfaces anything negative to a manager — with a Mise gift card or next-visit make-good ready to issue in one tap.

VII. How it's priced

Membership plus usage. Honest math.

A flat monthly subscription, plus low usage rates measured by the minute your staff actually spend in the app. No per-seat fees, no integration tax, no surprises.

VIII. Things people ask

Questions, before you ask.

Channels? +
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads.
Photo and video sources? +
Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud. Drop new media in a folder and the agent picks it up, edits, and queues.
AI-generated images? +
Optional — most restaurants use real photos with AI-drafted captions and AI-edited reels.
Auto engagement — won't this look fake? +
It's calibrated. The agent only engages with accounts you've approved (neighbors, regulars, press), and the comments are short, contextual, and human. You can audit everything before it posts.
What about reviews? +
Reviews are handled by a separate product — Review Responder — because the workflow is different (guest-history aware, manager triage, make-good issuance). They share the same brand voice.
