OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, and Tock at launch — read-only. We don't move bookings out of the platforms your guests already use; we read them in. We add platforms as design partners ask.
Privacy / GDPR / CCPA? +
Yes — opt-out, suppression, deletion, and export are all first-class. PII is treated end-to-end: encrypted at rest, role-scoped at access.
What if matching is uncertain? +
We hold the profiles separate until confidence is high. For VIP-tier matches, a manager reviews and confirms before merge. Conservative by default.
Is this a CDP? +
It's a restaurant guest CRM. CDPs are built for e-commerce funnels and ad networks; this is built for the floor — surfaced where your team actually sees a guest.
